I’ve started working on a paper regarding the ethics of using mathematical algorithms to conduct financial transactions/trading. At this point I’m gathering research as I have not yet decided my own stance on this yet. These algorithms are becoming so interconnected that nobody really knows how safe this process is. Is it really possible for these algorithms to predict human economic responses which don’t always follow a pattern?
