Reclaiming my physical health.
Caffiene free for a week. Regular sleep for a week and some change. Supplements. Mood improving. I’m not in a constant fog. It’s enough to make one giddy.
Tomorrow will be my third day of the big hill climb. I’ve been riding from our house to the foothills an up Shaw mountain road to trail 26. My legs are about to fire me. Feels good to be getting back some control.
Took my oldest to a meeting at school tonight. He is about to join the ranks of cub scouts. I have many fond childhood memories of partaking of those activities with my dad. Looking forward to doing the same.
Gotta get my homework done and sleep!
