So I hate riding indoors but the ipod keeps me going. So now I’m planning to setup a few different playlists for my self imposed spinning workouts. In addition to the length of time of the workout, the song tempos and intensities will be congruent with pedal cadence [building up and down]. I’ll post ‘em on here when I test them out. Yeah, I know I spend way too much time thinking about this shit. =) Now if I could combine my homework in this I could be seriously efficient!!!
