Waiting to hear back on a time, but it sounds like I’ll be meeting with my 3 work cohorts and supervisors to iron out some new schedule changes that include me going to dayshift tomorrow.
This will help immensely.
This week a whole lot of preparation is occurring.
Next week my new schedule has all of my classes going back to back in the mornings. Right after class I’ll be hitting the rec center 5 days a week.
I’m actually looking forward to my new math and programming classes. Yeah, it’s sick. I’ve turned into a math geek. I’m not sure how that happened. I did some serious studying for last semester’s math final. It occurred to me how much my skills were up when on the last day of class we got our usual weekly in class problems, about 3 equations. I was tired and spent most of my 12 hour shifts at work that weekend cranking out math problems with some high energy trance tunes on the ipod. I was in the first row where the handouts started…as soon as I got mine I went into “autopilot” cranked through them and then tossed my pencil down. The girl sitting next to me looked over and mumbled “holy shit…” and looked at my paper with bewilderment. I realized that I had finished them before the rest of the class had received their handouts. I felt a little smug.
This semester will be some work. I’ll be getting very acquainted with my new graphing calculator. This thing has more power, applications, and games then my first computer!
Gotta get back to the little one, for now.
