Do not… I repeat ….Do not go with Monitronics alarm service. They’re scam artists. Spread the word. We’re looking at retaining an attorney after a long battle with them. They are still charging us for monthly alarm service that we haven’t used in nearly 2 years, on a house we don’t own.
We followed their procedure for cancelling their service. We have a fax confirmation to this effect. Yet they’re claiming they never recieved it and they are still charging us even though they are no longer providing service.
We’ve spoken with customer service rep’s, supervisor’s, and various managers. The last “manager” we spoke with assured us this would be taken care of last month. Today I recieved a new bill for service that’s been stacking up for a year.
AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!
